Mediterranean Center For Environmental Monitoring is non-governmental organization performing different projects in environmental protection.
Montenegro is one of key Wildlife Resorts of Mediterranean Hotspot. One year before UNCED Rio Agenda 21, Montenegro is in 1991. constituted as First Ecological State in the World. Present environmental problems are serious and under the highest pressure of urbanization.
